Hastings Direct is seeking a Head of AI Governance and Control to lead independent oversight across the AI lifecycle, ensuring value while remaining compliant with regulatory, legal, security and ethical requirements.

You will operate as the central point for monitoring, prioritisation, decision-making and reporting of AI activity across the organisation.
