UK & EMEA SOC Lead: Cyber Defense & Incident Response

McDonald’s is seeking a senior Security Operations & Service Delivery lead to head the UK-based SOC within the UK/EMEA region. You will oversee monitoring, triage, investigations, and escalation across the EMEA time zones, ensuring clean handovers with the US and India locations.

You will manage end-to-end security event lifecycles, coordinate with global teams, and drive continuous SOC maturity with strong KPI focus and stakeholder communication.
