WhatYouWillDo

• Design&Build:Architect,deploy,andmaintainhighlyscalableandreliableinfrastructureonGoogleCloudPlatform(GCP)usingKubernetesandInfrastructure-as-Codetools.
• Automation:Championautomationacrosstheentiresoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle(SDLC),utilizingIaC,PythonandBashtoreducetoilandimproveoperationalefficiency.
• Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC):OwnandevolveourdeclarativeinfrastructureusingTerraformforcloudresourcesandHelmforKubernetesapplicationdeployment.
• Monitoring&Observability:Implementandmanagerobustmonitoring,alerting,andloggingsolutionstoensureclearsystemvisibilityandproactiveissueidentification.
• Reliability&Performance:Define,measure,andenforceServiceLevelObjectives(SLOs)andServiceLevelIndicators(SLIs).Participateinon-callrotation(ifapplicable)andleadpost-incidentreviewstodrivecontinuousimprovement.
• Collaboration:Workcloselywithsoftwaredevelopmentteamstoprovideexpertguidanceondeploymentstrategies,scalabilityconcerns,andcloud-nativebestpractices.
• Ownership:Takefullownershipofprojectsfrominceptionthroughtoproductionoperation,includingdocumentationandknowledgetransfer.

CoreTechnicalStack

• CloudPlatform:4+yearsofhands-onexperiencewithGoogleCloudPlatform(GCP)(orsimilarcloudinfrastructure).
• ContainerOrchestration:Expert-levelproficiencyinmanaging,scaling,andtroubleshootingproductionKubernetesenvironments.
• Infrastructure-as-Code:DeepexpertiseinTerraformformanagingcloudandKubernetesresources.
• Deployment:StrongexperiencewithHelmforpackaginganddeployingapplicationsonKubernetes.
• Scripting/Programming:Proficientinatleastonemajorprogramminglanguage,preferablyPython,forautomationandtooldevelopment.

Tooling&Concepts

• CI/CD:ExperiencesettingupandmaintainingmodernCI/CDpipelines.
• Observability:Practicalexperienceimplementingandmanagingmonitoringandloggingtools.
• Networking:SolidunderstandingofTCP/IP,loadbalancing,DNS,andcloud-nativenetworkingwithinKubernetes.
