Staff Data Engineer – GTM Data & LLM Stack

Intercom is seeking a data engineer to own the account identity and hierarchy foundation across GTM systems. You’ll build entity-resolution, dedupe pipelines, and enrich CRM data with firmographic, technographic and intent signals, using dbt, Snowflake and Airflow.

You’ll work with Salesforce integration and LLM-powered enrichment to surface trusted, ready-to-use data for Sales, Marketing and Finance. Based in London with hybrid working, you’ll partner with GTM Systems, RevOps and frontline
