Creditspring is seeking a senior FP&A professional to own the three-statement operating model and drive commercial planning in a fast‑growing, FCA-regulated fintech. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights, partnering with the CFO and CEO to challenge assumptions and shape strategy.
You will develop the operating model to withstand diligence and support lender reporting, while embedding financial ownership and consistent KPI definitions across the business.
