European US GAAP Tax Lead — Cross-Border Reporting

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an expert in US GAAP tax reporting to own European tax reporting across the UK, Europe and the US. You will lead ASC 740 and IAS 12 compliance, manage deferred tax and Pillar 2, and partner with global teams in a high-visibility role.

The role requires experience in a US-parented or multinational environment, with strong communication skills and an ability to influence at all levels. 2/3 days per week on-site in London Northampton with international travel.
