Head of Operations – Healthcare FM Leader & Strategy

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the delivery of a major healthcare portfolio within a multi-service Soft FM environment. You will shape strategy, manage large operational teams and nurture senior client relationships to ensure exceptional service standards and commercial performance.

You will own operational performance, drive continuous improvement and maintain strong governance across KPI/SLA targets.
