Senior BPO Vendor Management & Quality Lead

JD.com, a cross-border e-commerce leader, is hiring a Manager to own our BPO partner network supporting marketplace sellers. You will govern vendor performance, lead training and quality programs, and manage escalation processes across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Based in London, the role requires 7+ years in BPO/vendor management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI tools, Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk is preferred.
