Lead Estimator, Complex Infrastructure & Bids

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director / Estimating Manager to lead estimating service delivery across high-profile infrastructure projects. You will run feasibility through detailed design, produce both order-of-magnitude and bottom-up estimates, and support bids and proposals to grow the portfolio.

You will develop a high performing team, manage complex client communications, and ensure outputs meet governance standards using estimating software and office tools.
