National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Manager to drive cloud-enabled capabilities within the Digital Services Directorate. The role focuses on DevSecOps delivery, governance, and funding through to delivery across multiple programmes.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, including line management of a Senior Service Delivery Manager and matrix management of a third-party supplier. Hybrid working two days per week in the office is required.
