Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday (10pm – 6am)
Are you a Head of Operations or Senior Operations Manager from an Engineering, Infrastructure or Technical Services background or similar looking to take a leading role within a major infrastructure organisation?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, where you will take full responsibility for overseeing large-scale engineering operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance across critical infrastructure contracts.
The company are a market leader within their industry and are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee maintenance and installation activities, improve efficiencies and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
The Role:
- Lead and develop large multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance alongside major installation projects
- Drive operational performance, KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standards
The Person:
- Head of Operations, Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager or similar
- Strong engineering, utilities, infrastructure, maintenance or technical services background
- Proven experience managing large teams of 100+
