Power Station Operations Lead

RWE Generation UK is seeking an experienced manager to join the Station Management Team at King’s Lynn Power Station. This permanent, full-time role focuses on safe, reliable plant operation and continuous improvement to maximise the site’s potential.

You will directly line-manage five staff and indirectly manage ten more, ensuring delivery of OGSM objectives and strong HSE adherence within a dynamic portfolio.
