Job Description:
Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery across rail infrastructure projects in Network Rail’s CP7 portfolio. Based in the UK with a blend of site, office and home working, the role supports a growing programme across the North West & Central framework.
You’ll manage forecasting, cost planning, CVR reporting and change management while leading procurement and aligning stakeholder interests to drive successful project outcomes.
