GTM Revenue Ops Staff Engineer (EMEA)

AvePoint is seeking a senior Revenue Operations professional to own the EMEA Revenue Planning & Strategy pillar. You will translate global GTM strategy into scalable workflows, data models, and automation that reflect local market dynamics, driving accurate forecasting and performance narratives for regional leadership.

In this role you will partner across Sales, Finance, Analytics and Marketing to operationalize strategy, design quota models, and optimize compensation transparency.
