Senior Cost Director, Industrial & Logistics

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director/Director in Cost Management for its Industrial & Logistics team in London. Lead end-to-end cost management on high-profile logistics and industrial developments and guide clients through procurement, cost planning, and value engineering.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee post-contract reporting, and interface with clients and stakeholders across major projects. A MRICS-qualified QS with UK market experience is preferred.
