Head of Enterprise Transaction Monitoring

Paysend Group is seeking a Lead/Head of Transaction Monitoring (Enterprise) to own detection across products and corridors and to lead the TM Enterprise Program that modernises it. The role focuses on building scalable, risk-based transaction monitoring and ensuring regulatory readiness across jurisdictions.

You will own KRs/Initiatives, drive strategy, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to implement robust detection, automation and governance.
