Health & Safety Team Leader — Enforcement & Impact

BARNET COUNCIL is seeking a Team Leader – Health and Safety to lead the health and safety service within Environmental Health & Public Protection. You will manage a small team, oversee investigations and enforcement, and shape priorities to protect workers and the public.

The role requires a recognised Environmental Health or equivalent qualification, strong leadership, and a commitment to high-quality public services. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
