Senior Site Manager – Fire Remediation (High-Rise)

Nicholas Associates are recruiting a Site Manager to oversee a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in Durham. You will manage the full remediation package, including SFS installation, bracketry, weatherboard systems and rainscreen cladding, ensuring safe delivery to programme.

The role focuses on coordinating site logistics, subcontractor packages and on-site leadership for a 30-week contract. Experience in similar façades and high-rise projects is preferred.
