Principal Product Manager, AI Readiness & Guidance

Synthesia is seeking a product leader to own the Surveys and Guidance domains, from strategy through ship. You’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term product health, and work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams in a hybrid London-based role.

You’ll translate customer insights into a compelling product direction, drive metrics linked to ARR and retention, and contribute to PM hiring while shaping real-time AI experiences for enterprise use.
