ProCook in Ashford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team from day one, create a strong store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results. You’ll coach your team, work closely with your Regional Manager to implement strategy, hit performance targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales, stock, and standards.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with onboarding training
