Spencer Richardson is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition across a fast-growing organisation in the South East. You will own the full people and talent agenda, building a high-volume recruitment strategy and partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and culture.

You’ll coach managers to create high-performing teams, design development pathways, and oversee apprenticeships and funded development opportunities across technical and operational disciplines.
