Global Employee Relations Leader & Investigations

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior Global Employee Relations professional to define and refine the ER operating model, build capability across the firm, and lead high‑risk investigations involving senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and craft practical ER toolkits and training for global teams.

You will also develop end-user reporting, audit HR practices for compliance, and strengthen ER networks.
