Strategic FP&A Director, Technical Operations

Kailera Therapeutics seeks a Director of FP&A to partner with Technical Operations, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Drug Product, Drug Supply, and global supply chain. You’ll drive insights for executive decisions and shape the financial infrastructure at our Waltham HQ.

The role is onsite 3-4 days/week, reporting to the Finance organization, with a focus on cost of goods, capital investments, and operational spend. Strong biotech finance background required.
