Senior KDB+/q Engineer — Hybrid London (2–3 days onsite)

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Senior KDB+/q Engineer for a London-based project in the financial markets sector. This freelance role focuses on hands-on engineering of production KDB+/q platforms, with ownership over delivery and direct collaboration with client teams.

You’ll design, build and scale KDB architectures, work across Unix/Linux environments, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment on a 6-month contract with potential extension. Partial remote work is available.
