Head of Enterprise Systems, Security & AI Enablement

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms we rely on, shape the security programme our customers trust, and steer IT across the UK, US and Portugal. You will lead the architecture, governance and roadmap for NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub, while driving automation and AI-enabled workflows.

You will build and grow a small systems team, partner with executives, and orchestrate performance improvements across the business.
