Director of Analytics — Data & BI Leader (Remote UK)

Focal Systems is seeking a Director of Analytics in the UK to own the full data path from warehouse to BI tooling. You will set the analytics architecture, lead a small team of analysts and analytics engineers, and provide straight numbers to executives.

This hands‑on leadership role requires reviewing models, digging into the warehouse, and making tooling choices, not just delegating. You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering on metrics and self‑serve reporting.
