AI Safety & Trust Lead

Slingshot AI, the team behind Ash, is seeking a leadership role focused on trust and safety. You will work with psychologists, researchers, and ML engineers to shape policies, handle sensitive topics, and communicate our safety approach to both internal teams and the public.

You will balance privacy, autonomy, and product usefulness while guiding decisions, building processes, and translating findings into product improvements. A thoughtful generalist is desired.
