Director of Investigations, Integrity & Compliance Growth

BTG is seeking an experienced Director to join our national Investigations, Integrity and Compliance (IIC) team. This senior role leads a broad range of investigations, advises clients on ethics and risk, and shapes the strategy and growth of the IIC practice across the UK.

You will oversee complex engagements, manage budgets and risk, develop junior staff, and build lasting client relationships with boards, regulators and advisers, while pursuing cross-disciplinary opportunities.
