Global Head of Customer Success — Strategy & Scale Leader

Phrase is seeking a Global Head of Customer Success to own the global CS strategy, drive retention and growth, and lead a worldwide team of CS managers and leaders. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to set the budget, KPIs, and operating model that runs the function, and you will report to the executive team.

You will own relationships with major global accounts, define the global retention targets, and build a data-driven culture.
