Principal Investment Engineer for AI-First Startups

Antler UK is seeking a hands-on investor with deep engineering experience to join our investment team in London. You will sit with founders at the earliest stage, sharpen problems, scope MVPs, and guide execution from zero to one.

You will own opportunities end-to-end—sourcing, diligence, memos, and IC participation—while building credibility with engineers, CTOs, and AI/ML leaders to back exceptional technical founders and ship impactful products quickly.
