Remote European Paid Media Director

WITHIN is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead European paid media programs for consumer brands in a fully virtual capacity. You will own senior client relationships, develop growth roadmaps, and stay hands-on within Meta, Google, and other platforms.

The role spans multi-market management across the UK, Germany, France, Spain and beyond, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of measurement and privacy considerations. Fluency in English is required.
