We are a Stevenage-based contractor specialising in property maintenance and social housing, with ongoing projects across multiple regions.

Types of work available:

• Disrepair works
• Void property repairs and refurbishments
• Kitchen installations and replacements
• Bathroom installations and refurbishments
• Responsive repairs and call-outs
• General property maintenance

Areas we cover:

• London
• Hertfordshire
• Bedfordshire
• Cambridgeshire
• Milton Keynes

We are particularly interested in:

• Multi-trade operatives
• Plumbers
• Carpenters
• Tilers
• Plasterers
• Painters and decorators
• Other skilled tradespeople

Requirements:

• Proven experience within the relevant trade
• Reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness training are preferred but not essential
