Director of Global Employment Counsel

Scopely seeks a Director, Senior Employment Counsel (Global) to lead employment-law strategy across regions, partnering with People, Legal and leadership to manage risk and compliance. You will draft offer documents and advise on employee issues in a complex, multinational structure.

You will guide cross-border matters, support HR teams, and develop region-specific policies while monitoring legal developments and shaping M&A-related advice. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.
