Role

• Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients
• Fromlicensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism
• Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market
• A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists
• Support of not only the sector head, but confidence in the firm’s wider support as part of their growth strategy

You

• Partner or a senior solicitor who is ready to step up to partnership
• Ambitious with a significant existing client following
• Demonstrable success in developing both client business and ideally a team
