Director, Global Corporate Actions & Operations (Stock Options)

Alpaca seeks a Director to own the end-to-end Global Corporate Actions Operations and Oversight across U.S. and international markets.

You will manage daily production, supervisory controls, incident management, and scale the operating model for a fast-growing brokerage infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end corporate actions activities—dividends, splits, mergers, elections, and related events—while building maker-checker controls, reconciliations, and reporting.
