Global Operations Director – Scale Production & Procurement

Blair West is seeking an Operations Director for a PE-backed, B-Corp certifed games business. The role reports to the CFOO and sits on the Executive Board, responsible for scaling production, procurement and operating capability globally.

You will lead Production, Supply & Distribution and Creative Operations, set a production strategy for higher volumes and more markets, and build a group procurement strategy to deliver sustainable savings while preserving product experience.
