ARIA is seeking an experienced Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) Lead to shape how the organisation operates, grows, and delivers impact. The role works across the organisation to embed equity in people practices, funding approaches, governance, partnerships, programmes and decision-making.

The successful candidate will advise and implement practical changes, ensuring inclusive systems and experiences for staff and funded partners. Hybrid work, Kings Cross HQ three days a week.
