Strong experience designing and delivering complex electronic subsystems throughout the full product lifecycle, alongside the ability to technically lead engineers and manage design activities against agreed budgets and schedules.About the RoleWe’re looking for an Electronics Technical Lead to oversee the development of high-integrity electronic subsystems within a complex engineering environment.You’ll lead a team of engineers from early feasibility and technology assessment through detailed design, qualification, certification and transition into production. The work may involve power electronics, motor-control systems, safety-related electronics or command-and-control equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of complex electronic subsystemsProvide technical direction to a small or medium-sized engineering teamTranslate technical requirements into deliverable product designsPlan and control engineering activities, budgets and work packagesGuide products through qualification and certificationCoordinate with mechanical, manufacturing and other engineering teamsEnsure projects meet quality, cost and schedule requirementsSupport the transition of new designs into productionWhat we need from you:Significant experience in electronic design, qualification and certificationExperience developing complex electronic subsystemsProven ability to technically lead, develop and motivate engineersStrong understanding of the full product development lifecycleExperience developing products from technical requirementsKnowledge of product configuration and design controlExperience planning and delivering engineering projects or work packagesStrong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration skillsA degree or equivalent experience in electronics or a related disciplineIf you’d like to learn more or register your interest, hit apply as we’d love to hear from you!
