Head of Planning & Forecasting
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Planning & Forecasting to lead planning, scheduling and forecasting across multiple projects and manufacturing sites.
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, develop teams and improve delivery performance within a growing business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop planning, forecasting and scheduling teams.
- Align project programmes, manufacturing schedules and resource requirements.
- Optimise capacity and identify delivery risks and constraints early.
- Turn data and forecasts into practical insights to support senior decision-making.
- Strengthen planning systems, processes and controls to support growth and continuous improvement.
About you
- Youll have proven experience in a senior planning, forecasting or programme controls leadership role, with a track record of building and leading teams across multiple projects.
- Experience in manufacturing / fabrication
- Strong expertise in integrated planning, scheduling and capacity management is essential, alongside excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Youll combine strategic thinking with a practical approach to improving delivery.
- Ideally CSWIP3.2 or similar
