HR Officer / Senior HR Officer, Carrickfergus

£37,000 to £42,000 + excellent benefits

We are working with a leading manufacturer who due to continued growth and investment locally are seeking to appoint their new HR Officer / Senior HR Officer to join them in Carrickfergus.

Offering an excellent package, benefits and progression opportunities, this is an office based role, working 8-430 with 2pm Friday finishes. Duties will include;

• Reporting into and support the HR Manager across all HR activities at the site
• Contribute to the provision of a quality human resource service, ensuring the required standards of service are delivered to the organisation.
• Providing operational HR support across departments
• Delivering a quality HR service that meets company time and quality targets
• Offering coaching and support to line management and staff
• Handling employee relations matters

What we are looking for&

• 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD Qualification
• Minimum of five years experience working in a generalist HR role
