Job Role
As Senior NPD Manager, you will be accountable for developing and delivering an innovation strategy that drives customer growth, strengthens category leadership and creates sustainable competitive advantage.
You will lead a talented team of product developers and work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Sustainability, Technical and Operations functions to transform insight-led ideas into commercially successful launches.
You will be equally comfortable reviewing consumer data, presenting innovation strategy to senior retailer stakeholders, coaching your team, or leading factory trials.
This role requires a leader who combines creativity, commercial acumen and operational excellence.
