Sales Manager at Fitness First Jersey Ltd.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Exceptional customer service. Manage daily club operations including health and safety
• opening/closing. local marketing initiatives and outreach to grow membership numbers. Provide tours
• and inductions to potential new members. Assist in the supervision and training of team members to
• ensure a smooth and efficient sales process is followed. Take full responsibility for the club when
• acting as Duty Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fitness leisure or retail sales management role
• Confident communicator with strong people and leadership skills. Results-driven with a passion for
• health fitness and member engagement. Skills with reporting and understanding data and conversion.
• Organised reliable and proactive with excellent problem-solving skill
