Service Administrator – Fast-Paced Auto Service Support

Stoke BMW, part of Lookers, is seeking a highly organised Service Administrator to support the service department’s day-to-day operations. You will assist Service Advisors, manage bookings, prep job cards, and communicate with customers to ensure a first-class service experience.

Hours are 42 per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, salary £27,000 per annum, permanent full time. We offer structured pay progression, generous annual leave and a broad benefits package.
