Electoral Support Specialist for Democracy Tech

Civica is seeking an Electoral Consultant to support local authorities using our electoral software, Xpress. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries and troubleshoot issues to ensure they get the most from our products.

This role focuses on delivering prompt, reliable support during busy election periods, with opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to service improvements within Civica’s Democracy team.
