Permanence Family Support Worker

Dorset Council’s Permanence Service is seeking a dedicated Family Worker to support children in care from proceedings through adulthood in care. This is a non-case-holding role offering variety and a real difference to children, foster carers and families.

You will work with children directly to support emotional wellbeing, help with transitions to new homes, deliver life story work, supervise family time, and provide parenting support to families. Training and ongoing support are provided.
