Forex Support Specialist – Growth & Night Shifts

CXM Group in London is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to ensure a smooth, reliable experience for clients trading on our platforms. You will manage live chat, emails, and phone inquiries, identify client needs, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining CRM records.

You will work both independently and with the team, following SOPs and company policies, and may join a rotating shift schedule including mornings, afternoons, and nights as the business scales.
