Engineering Graduate: Global Rotations in Power Gen

RWE Generation UK is offering a two-year fixed-term Graduate scheme designed to build engineering competence. The role includes rotations across biomass, gas, hydro, or hydrogen assets and involves on-site shifts, outages, and a safety-focused placement.

You will also alternate a commercial rotation within RWE Supply and Trading. The programme blends on-the-job training with formal technical and non-technical development, supported by a buddy and mentor.
