Experienced Gate & Barrier Engineers (Midlands)

A well-established and fast-growing company within the security and access control sector is expanding and looking to recruit experienced Gate & Barrier Engineers across the Midlands.

The Role

This is a varied position working across residential and commercial sites, covering gates, barriers and turnstiles. No two days are the same, offering a mix of reactive and planned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency breakdown repairs
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Installation and servicing
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on‑site

Requirements

• Proven experience within the gate and barrier industry (essential)
• Strong installation and maintenance skills
• Good communication and customer-facing approach
• Full UK driving licence
