RG Setsquare is working with a maintenance contractor directly, supporting them with hiring a number of roles, including this position.
This is a role that is available ASAP, offering a secure and permanent role, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding in occupied homes across the local Nottingham area.
The working week is as follows: 39 hours per week Monday – Thursday 8am to to 430pm with an early finish on a Friday, working 8am to 330pm each Friday.
A Van and fuel card provided along with power tools, a mobile phone and company uniform.
As this is working in occupied homes, we will be required to complete a standard DBS for all successfully applicants prior to them starting in any role with this Housing Association.
Qualifications:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations
- AM2 or equivalent
- 18th Edition – 17th edition could be considered
- Full UK driving License
- Asbestos Awareness – if yours has expired or you do not have one, we can arrange for this to be completed
