Female Recovery Worker – Forensic Mental Health

Social Interest Group in Croydon is recruiting a Recovery Worker to provide person-centred support in a 24/7 accommodation service for females with forensic mental health needs. You will work to help residents overcome challenges through tailored plans and proactive engagement.

The role requires resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and collaborative work with partners. You will contribute to residents’ progress and safer community re-entry.
